I found an article on Teaching English as a second language by Kenneth Beare. It has a lot of information on teaching ESL, becoming certified to teach, and specific areas you would want to be teaching, such as writing or grammar. It is very user friendly and includes many links to get you exactly what you need. It has teaching technique suggestions for all ages and lists what is appropriate.
I don't know if I could say anything bad about this site, I am fully impressed by it's extensive library of ESL tips. This site really has everything and covers every point. It could look better maybe? It's a little chaotic but for the most part it is very organized.

This is very informative, and I really like how Beare has organized the article. All the subsections follow an almost logical sequence, and provides an ample amount of links without being overwhelming. I also like that it takes you through all the steps of getting into the field, resources for locating a job, and help for what to do when you get there. Good find!
ReplyDeleteIt is very nice. I wish there was a good audio section for teachers...
